How do you create a new open house lead form?
Web:
1. Click 'Lead Forms' on the left side menu.
2. Click '+Lead Form' in the upper left corner
3. Toggle on 'Open House' to activate Open House only features.
4. Enter a 'Lead Form Name' for internal use only
5. Enter a 'Headline' for the top of the lead form
6. If you want this form to use a background photo different from the default, click 'Choose File' in the 'Property Photo' button box.
7. Enter a property location in the 'Property Location' text box.
8. You can choose to toggle on or off the 'Show Welcome Message' button. If you do just make sure you input a custom welcome message.
9. If you have any eSign documents you would like to add to the open house form, add them through the 'Include eSign Docs:' input box.
10. Toggle on the information you would want to collect within in the 'Information to collect:' area. You can also choose if the information should be required.
11. Select the Question Type
- Text
- Yes/No
- Rate (1-5)
- Number
- Dropdown
12. Enter the text for the Question
13. select 'Select a dropdown list' from the list if it is a dropdown question.
14. Enter a redirect link to have a redirect after lead form submission, like a listing page or brochure document
15. If you would like to send out a "Thank You" email after a lead submission toggle on the 'Send a "Thank You" email after signup' button.
16. To allow a form to collect leads, toggle on the 'Allow Lead Submission' button.
17. If you have a desired lender make sure you select them in the 'Lender:' dropdown box.
18. Click 'Save'
