How do I display what languages I speak?

Web:

1. Click ‘Settings’ on the left side menu.

2. Under the ‘Agent Info’ tab find the ‘Languages’ text box.

3. Click the text box and change the text to your spoken languages.

4. Navigate to the bottom left of the tab and click the green ‘Save’ button.
